Replacing the steering wheel is a common interior upgrade for all kinds of cars. Saab had a number of products in a range called Saab sport & rally. There were several steering wheels available from the Sport and Rally-range during the years the 99 were produced. These have become a popular interior upgrade, and requires no modification to fit.
